Refreshing the online presence of a Toronto-based custom printing studio
RM Printing is a custom printing studio specializing in high-quality apparel and accessories. The goal of this project was to modernize their website to increase traffic, improve usability, and better appeal to small businesses and young entrepreneurs.
I led the project and timeline, collaborating closely with team members to conduct research, synthesize insights, and design solutions that improved service discoverability, clarified pricing information, and streamlined the online ordering experience.
